Level One Indian Education for All (IEFA) training is for elementary teachers new to Billings Public Schools or teachers that have not had the training. Participants will explore lessons in their grade level or specialized content areas using resources that have been examined and approved.

Two hours of this course will be in-person training at the training location. Following a two-hour presentation, participants will have time to plan, teach a lesson and reflect with the IEFA Elementary coach. One hour is dedicated to a full coaching cycle, outside of the training, of the IEFA Lesson chosen by the participant. Plan on one hour being scheduled at a later date including a pre meeting, classroom lesson time, and debrief time. More will be discussed during the in-person training.
