The student mind frame of assessments is an important aspect of learning and growth in the divergent classroom. This course requires teacher self-reflection in their role of how they build the student perspective around assessment, how they develop and use assessments in units, and how the foundations of quality assessment encourage learning growth and better behavior. Teachers will do a gap analysis of units they will be teaching in the 2022-2023 school and revise their assessments in the units to better teach learners and enjoy the teaching of the unit going forward.
