An introductory training on Secondary Traumatic Stress (STS) and related workplace disorders experienced by those in the education profession, which includes a focus on best practices for mitigating these disorders at the individual and the organizational levels. Participants will be able to recognize signs of STS and burnout and work to develop an individual and work-related plan to reduce impacts on well-being
