Teachers will learn how they can use art in all content areas for IEFA through storytelling in ways where all students can uncover all their cultures and stories. In the afternoon, educators will engage in a session deving into appropriation and art. This interactive workshop aims to empower teachers with the tools to effectively guide discussions on the crucial art standards in Indian Education for All. They will explore various artistic ideas through a captivating timeline journey and immersive gallery walk experience, all within the context of the social studies framework. This enriching exploration will be grounded in Essential Understandings 5, 6 and 7, enhancing educators' ability to inspire and enlighten their students.
