Participants will explore strategies and approaches that appeal to our diverse students. Rooted in multicultural education, culturally responsive practices aim to link students' ancestral and contemporary cultures and the support sytems classroom teachers are providing. Using the Essential Understandings, Native music and dance, participants will learn how to infuse native culture into the K-12 classroom.
