Middle School Mondays is a training series dedicated to MS new hires. The continued professional learning series will provide time to collaborate with mentors, specialists, and peers.

Once a month a topic will be presented that will help you build towards accomplished teaching.

Middle School Mondays is a training series dedicated to MS new hires. The continued professional learning series will provide time to collaborate with mentors, specialists, and peers.

Once a month a topic will be presented that will help you build towards accomplished teaching. We will cover important topics such as using Powerschool for report cards, district leave management, how to navigate PIR trade and step up, and how to follow our professional educator code of conduct.

Within the series will be a dedicated session for IEFA infusion and multilingual learners which are required courses for BPS new hires By signing up for Middle School Mondays you will be grouped with other middle school new hires and the training will be geared towards your pedagogical area. There will also be several optional trauma-informed sessions with our behavior and resiliency coaches.
