BPS librarians need to keep precise recoreds of our collections, and the Workflows database needs to be accurate before switching to the Montana Shared Catalog this summer. We will teach librarians how to run specific reports to correct their data within the Workflows system. We will also review inventory procedures to ensure accurate record keeping. This information will be added to the district library Year End Report.
